Saturday night date

Jared and I went to this fun little place called Ted's Bakery. It was so good. The food here is great. The little shacks turn out the best food. After dinner we went to sunset beach and enjoyed the sunset. Jared had his phone (yes, Jared has a smart phone paid for by his work. He finally gets his own phone. He is all grown up :) and we tried to capture it for you. Of course it is much better being here.
One big item. Alison has now moved back to the fifth grade. It was hard enough changing states and then to add skipping a grade caused too much stress. She needed more fun and less homework. She is much happier in 5th grade. I am happier too since I get to have her in my home longer.
We have neighbors above us now and it has been great for the kids and me. They have 3 boys (ages 11, 9, and 5). He is from here but has been on the mainland since graduation. Because of this they have tons of knowledge to impart. My children spend most of their time with them. Sariah says it feels like she is hanging out with her cousins (Jameson and Garret). Isaac, every time he prays he thanks Heavenly Father for our fun new friends.
We have all our stuff and our truck. All the boxes are unpacked and our house feels like a home. We now know why car insurance is more expensive here. We live in a small town with low speed limits but all the parking and roads are small. In Home Depot in Honolulu, Jared and another truck were backing out at the same time and hit each other. Luckily it didn't do anything to their truck and just a small bump in the bumper on ours. I told him I was glad he was the first to bang up the truck because then if I do it I won't feel so bad. :)

Wow! I can't believe you're living in Hawaii! That's a dream of mine. I guess I'll just have to come visit sometime! :) I can't wait to see more pics and hear more about your adventures. And you moved there just when I moved to Denver and am close enough to make it to reunions now!

In Denver. Darn that is a lot closer to Utah. You will have to come see us though. I did a hike to day with some friends that you would love. It takes you to a waterfall and a pool that you can jump off the cliff into as well as a rope swing.
